With over a decade of experience at LEE&KO, a leading South Korean law firm, he has advised on a wide range of cross-border transactions and legal disputes between China and South Korea. His mandates include inbound investment and M&A projects in China for major South Korean multinationals such as Samsung, LG and SK; outbound investment projects in South Korea for prominent Chinese enterprises including TCL Group, Suning, Huayi Brothers and Qingdao Doublestar; as well as civil/criminal cases involving trade secrets and commercial arbitration disputes between Chinese and South Korean enterprises.
