As one of the early law firms in China to engage in bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring, Anli has participated in or led a large number of corporate bankruptcy liquidation/restructuring cases in various roles such as bankruptcy administrator, agent or legal counsel to shareholders/debtors/creditors, and legal counsel to investors, and enjoys a high reputation in the industry.
Bankruptcy and Restructuring
?Accepting appointment by the People’s Court as administrator in bankruptcy cases and liquidation team in compulsory liquidation cases of companies
?Accepting instructions from creditors, debtors and other eligible entities to apply to the People’s Court for liquidation of the debtor in bankruptcy
?Accepting instructions from distressed companies to conduct due diligence on them and propose solutions on their debt restructuring
?Acting as legal counsel to the company’s liquidation team on behalf of the company and its shareholders
?Accepting instructions from shareholders and creditors to apply to the People’s Court for compulsory liquidation of the debtor
?Participating in compulsory liquidation or compulsory winding-up proceedings as legal counsel to creditors, recall rights holders and other entities
?Participating in the restructuring and reorganization of listed or unlisted companies as legal counsel to debtors, shareholders, creditors, restructuring parties and other entities
